Ty Cobb, who served as White House Special Counsel during Trump's first term, told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that he thinks the charges against former FBI Director James Comey could get "tossed out well before trial," based on the "wholly unconstitutional, authoritarian way that this was done." - Aired on 09/28/2025.

At least it cuts down on court costs for Comey, and maybe he can sue for it being a frivolous lawsuit.
