White House says plan for Putin-Zelenskyy meeting underway; Kremlin won't commit - CNN News Central
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that any talks that don't involve Russia over security guarantees for Ukraine are a dead end. In a radio interview Tuesday, Trump said that he had successful meetings with President Putin and President Zelenskyy, and "now I thought it would be better if they met without me."
