'Seems more personal': Trump's tariffs on Canada pushing away a crucial trade partner - Velshi - MSNBC



Canada, one of the U.S.’s largest trading partners, was not able to reach a deal with the White House, which instead raised tariffs on some Canadian goods.

“Relationships matter,” says Former U.S. Ambassador to Canada David Cohen, “and having and maintaining and preserving those close relationships is an important part of what makes the United States an important country in the world.
