Save your typing in an editor, especially if it is long. These things go away. No known cure.

I ran offices and people would complain when the internet slowed or glitched. I checked all our stuff and waited it out.

Checking external stuff took longer than someone way out there rebooting their router or routing around a fiber cable that some bulldozer took out.
