A bunch of stuff does not show on the small screen, just because of real estate shortage.

Insert standard suggestion to quit browser and/or delete saved data (not everyone is cool with this stuff).

Just brought it back up, about an hour later. My star is still not there.

Maybe the heatwave has something to do with it?

If you can figure from the menus ( like privacy ) clear browser cache and data.
