The only thing you can try at your end is turn off your VPN if you’re using one. If you’re not using one, unfortunately you’ll just have to wait for it to stop. Typically this issue clears up within an hour or two.

the default "user-gray.gif" avatar image will randomly not display in a thread for those who have that and if you try to view that image in a tab when it's not displaying, it will throw the "Forbidden" page (no error code, just a white page with the tiny font word "Forbidden" ). A couple page refreshes (or shift-refreshes) will eventually "fix it", but it comes and goes.
