Where can I post tweets
Outside of GD, LBN or Editorial. I thought multimedia meant I can post them there?

Sometimes Tweets include video and they're definitely media. 
Post videos, images, or any other multimedia content about politics, issues, and current events. No posts about Israel/Palestine, religion, guns, showbiz, or sports unless there is really big news. No conspiracy theories. No whining about DU.
When we first moved to DU.3 we had separate hosts for each forum and V&M was one of the first I signed up for, it's a favorite of mine. Anything that's mostly photos or videos belongs in V&M - the main stipulation is that it's political. If it's an editorial or news item, it belongs in one of the other forums and if it's a non-political video - like a music video - that's better suited for The Lounge. That's my take on it anyway.
