On the Latest page, what does it mean if a blue triangle is on the left of a thread title? nt

Every time a thread gets 25 new replies (25, 50, 75, 100, etc.) it is automatically reposted on the Latest page.
As well as the blue triangle, the word "
Milestone)" is also appended after the thread author's username.
(The blue triangle does not indicate that the thread is on the Greatest page. It's related to the number of replies, not recommendations.)
