France is a far cry from NK, and our hotel concierge of many years ago in Paris was gobsmacked by the idea of a salad bar. Staring slackjawed and very deliberately saying "All...you...want????"

long before I heard it uttered. "You don't stop eating at a buffet when you're full. You keep going until you hate yourself."

What an experience that must have been for those two. First run through the salad area, and they probably had as much vegetable content as they would in a week in NK.
