Heading into last night's game against the Eagles, the NY Giants had lost 10 straight Thursday night games.
They had lost 8 consecutive against teams from the NFC East.
And they had lost 4 in a row at night.
All of those streaks are in the rearview mirror now.
On the other side, Jalen Hurts saw his league-best streak of not throwing an interception broken. He had gone 305 passes, going back to last season, without throwing a pick until the 4th quarter of last night.
Looking ahead, the Giants are in Denver in Week 7. The Eagles visit Minnesota.

(32,595 posts)It's inevitable -- dynasties age out or are broken up via free agency and injury. It's feeling like that this season. New powerhouses emerge after years of rebuilding. Except in Cleveland.

(162 posts)I moved west 35 years ago from CT. I've been a Giants fan since I was a little kid when I would watch them on a little black and white TV with my aunt. I would ask her ' are we going for the white team or black team?' Yeah, I know they're blue, but if you didn't grow up on black and white fuzzy (reception) TV then you might not know what I'm talking about.
Anyway back to today. I'm visiting CT right now. And I have a question. How the hell do you stay up to watch the night game? Yes I stayed up last night. But man, I gotta tell ya, watching nfl west coast is the best. I can watch the game and still be all tucked in by 10 p.m.
