Cincy is a very small market by NFL standards and the team owner has been a notorious tightwad for years, but Joe B has been paid and Tee Higgins got a decent contract so maybe Ja'marr Chase gets what he's asking for (or close to it).

That sorry fired coach made Carr the scapegoat for his poor coaching by benching him last year and then he was traded.

I'm hoping for the best. That's all I can do.
