A few years back, a ruby throat nested in the tree right above me so I could watch the whole thing. It was amazing. Walleye Aug 2025 #3

We have buff bellies here year round. A pair has a nest in a live oak tree next door.

90% of the visitors are female. Received a Birdfy hummer feeder with two cameras for a gift. It is so cool!

I think the male stay out of sight when the females have babies in the nest. They will get dive bombed by the girls.

mothers can be very protective! Love the feeders with the cameras. Got a regular birdfy a couple of years ago with AI that id's the birds pretty well. Misses some, but they have a way to give feedback to correct the mistakes. Just watch for the sales on Amazon they will occasionally lower the price a bit.

With regard to your reply earlier to IbogaProject, I'd be busy too if it got cold cold overnight.
