Murder of actress Barbara Colby
Still a cold case. In 1975, Colby and fellow acting teacher J Kiernan finished an acting class they led in Los Angeles. Two men in a light van drove up in the lot and shot them both once. Kiernan lived long enough to describe the shooters. Colby and Sal Mineo both played murdered characters on Columbo. Both were murdered in real life
