the shame of shared memory

to live so deep in the mind believing all is real
while shamefully sharing these memories found
a look that did time find and which it did steal
as separating and paring but truth does abound
in the times when awake living in lucid dream
mystery surrounds thoughts melted in soft focus
as the false and true make claims and schemes
measuring endless draughts and tides of locusts
leading to a full confession an admission of sins
endless words pouring out causing the diseases
to haunt minds of obsession caste in lion’s dens
in a clinch to end the bout as all motion ceases
as memories writhe a basket of poisonous snakes
turn into the funeral casket in hell the soul bakes
