Now I am starting to worry about mi esposo

My husband is from Honduras. He has Temporary Protected Status (TPS - has a Texas State ID , a SS card and a work permit) - for the last 20 years. Because he was deported a few years before he applied for and got TPS (caught in Harlingen, Texas and voluntarily agreed to be returned, no criminal record, except a Public Intoxication about 10 years ago), he is not eligible to have his status adjusted to permanent resident. Additionally, he works on a crew with 2 undocumented aliens from Mexico doing construction. Feeling very worried about how long before I might get a call from him saying that he's either in detention or that he is stuck somewhere because Juan and Roberto were picked up and the truck was impounded and I need to come pick him up.
