WhatCouldGoWrongHat RetweetedI hate to be a grinch, but: this is not a legitimate use of the power to pull people over. Youre invoking the power of the state to compel someone to stop; its not a personal privilege you can make use of whenever you get a cute idea.

Not a grinch. A thoughtful free citizen who doesnt genuflect to police whims. What would they have done if shed fled? What if theyd smelled weed? The power to detain is the power to threaten - and ultimately use - deadly force for noncompliance. Its not a game show.
