Sweet Gryff
We had to postpone going to the cemeteries to tend to family grave stones because we got DRENCHED with lots of rain. I had no other plans so Gryff suggested spending some time snuggling. Good idea.

The only difference was the splash of white on his chest that spread out as he got older. The face and eyes are very much the same.
One of the reasons we adopted Logan was that he reminded us so much of Ruffles, a black cat we had early in our marriage. Ruffles was pure black, with that same face and eyes.
Every time I see a short-haired black cat with big yellow eyes like that, I melt.
