Shadow Monday. Shadow's had a good week since last we saw her.

First Good Thing for her was a package drop off from Shadow's favorite delivery driver.
Skritches followed.

Next Good Thing for Shadow was taking a walk to check the mail. We were met out on the road by her neighbor buddy Freya.

Freya was with her human little girls. She and Shadow played some, then it was time to go check the mail.

We started off down the hill. Late afternoon shadows were with us.

Freya's girls waved bye bye.

Shadow tolerated her leash. Must be hard to be restrained. But she made the best of
it and checked things out alongside the road.

Mailbox empty. That was okay, the walk was worthwhile. Break time.

Always things to sniff.

Back home Shadow was praised for being a Good Girl on our walk.

She came inside and crashed. It was a very good walk.

The Third Good Thing was meeting a new buddy, whose name is Buddy.


Buddy's sixteen and slowing down. But he and Shadow played and followed
each other around.
