Cooking & Baking
Related: About this forumJust took a key lime pie out of the oven
Actually just lime pie. I used a recipe that includes ricotta and cream cheese. Some of the recipes called for gingernut (gingerbread) cookies. I have graham crackers, so I added a little ginger and cinnamon to the crumbs. It's on the rack, cooling. I used a 9" springform pan because I don't have any metal pie plates.
I filled the sink with dishes. I enjoy baking and cooking, but sometimes I wish I could just wiggle my nose to make it appear!
Happy Sunday!

Alternate until done.
Sometimes Cook 10, Clean 5 is enough.

I got everything washed and racked by the time the pie was baked. A taste of the pie was my reward.
