Breakfast Monday 1 June 2026

Later this morning I'm planning on mixing Greek yogurt, granola and frozen cherries together, sort of like a parfait, pot of hot tea

I also pour some of that probiotic Kiefer on top, unsweetened, sometimes fruit based also if I can afford it. I've been eating this specific meal every morning for 2 years now, rarely miss it. It's the one consistent meal in my daily diet. I can't tell you how much better my body "works" everyday if I start it with Oatmeal and fruit! Only rolled organic oats too. I've tried regular oats or "old fashioned" oats (whatever those are) but nope, those large grained rolled oats are the trick. Ive never really been a breakfast eater but seriously, this specific meal has really had a profound affect on my life. Oh, and always with a fat cup of organic herbal tea (decaf) with a touch of honey and lemon. Diving in!

Cuz I’m going to my chiro and it’s next door. Will have the Jersey egg sandwich. There’s always someone famous in that shop. When Mandy Patinkin lived there, I would often see him.

Last time I was there I had just missed Colbert.
