Breakfast Wednesday 6 May 2026

As I am typing this my cat Shaw is lying on my left shoulder, purring, any typos are because of that. 😸

Later this morning I'm planning on making cottage cheese egg bites using this recipe again.
https://natashaskitchen.com/cottage-cheese-egg-bites/ add ins will be thawed spinach and minced red pepper.
A pot of hot tea to drink as well.

But seriously, my diabetes meds kill my appetite, so breakfast is usually just a half cup of decaf.
I'll have something more substantial at lunchtime.
