What I am planning on for breakfast later today is a mishmash, finish the popcorn from last might, eat melon & cottage cheese, maybe a toasted english muffin, also my usual pot of hot tea.

(19,522 posts)I am slow to wake fully up this morning. I went out on the porch earlier with my coffee and heard the folks rushing off to work . I just went out again and the traffic is gone and I hear the birds and insects. The insects are louder than the birds at the moment.
I am thinking of having fruit and yogurt, but first my whole grain muffin. I have banana, pineapple, blackberries, clementines and plain unsweetened Greek yogurt.
Ducky seems to prefer bed in the mornings. He used to want to greet the day with me, especially on the front porch. And right on cue he comes to lobby for a bite of muffin.

(23,248 posts)Layer graham crackers with prepared pudding. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. The pudding softens the crackers and makes a tasty treat.
I used a loaf pan, 3 graham crackers, and 3/4 of a box of pudding. I made a batch of chocolate syrup, too, in case I wanted it to be like Boston cream pie. But I like it with blueberries.
I discovered the recipe when my grandkids were younger. There are many combinations.
Hope it appeals to you.

(23,248 posts)Totally no bake. I put a layer of graham crackers first, then pudding, then crackers. When it is ready to serve, having a bottom layer of crackers helps it scoop out easy. I added a link to a YouTube video so you can see a picture of the finished dessert. My Gram used to make one with a ring of flat chocolate wafers and real whipped cream. Loved it, but I can't find the cookies now

(23,248 posts)Chocolate, cherry cheesecake, plain vanilla, and I guess I could count banana pudding (made with layers of vanilla wafers, vanilla pudding and bananas)
I saw a recipe this morning for Speculoos and lime icebox cake.
I can't have something like this often, so any of them are a treat
