What's for Dinner, Sun., March 1, 2026

Baby arugula salad with blueberry vanilla goat cheese. Toasted slivered almonds. Homemade vinaigrette.

Spaghetti al limone. Really easy--just parmesan, a lemon, basil leaves.

Kombucha: triple berry.

Dessert: Red grapes and assorted toasted nuts (cashews, pistachios, pecans).

Just finished brekkie—WW English muffins with raspberry preserves, plus a banana. It’s going to be a good while before I have room to consider dinner

We had a couple Roma tomatoes that need to be used up, so sliced them and put them in a vinaigrette.

Also grapefruit while the (citrus, but also cold & flu) season lasts

I used canned organic pinto, black and red kidney beans. This is my usual tomato based recipe with chopped onion, celery, red bell pepper, garlic, sweet corn, canned petite tomatoes and some tomato paste. Seasoned with chili powder, cumin, chipotle powder, oregano, and parsley. Also made a pan of corn bread. Cheers!🍻

Pepperoni regular crust.

Nothing healthy to go with it, although there is some spinach salad available in the refrigerator.

Decidedly, you can't find it under the Campbell's label.

I found a recipe and I found a green grocer selling artichokes for a dollar apiece.

Fresh dill and cranberry beans. No cream. Just puree, chicken stock, and pot likker.
