I'm going to the greengrocer for ...(wait for it) greens!!!
Spinach~! Lettuce!! Broccoli rabe! First time I've been out since the storm.

(1,863 posts)The filling was made from vegan beef crumbles, brown rice, sautéed onion, green bell pepper and garlic. After making the rolls they were baked in a casserole dish with a simple tomato sauce. Also made mashed red parsley potatoes and homemade applesauce. Cheers!🥂

(22,969 posts)I had to hurry up to make some food for dinner. While the water was heating, I heated a piece of pork from yesterday and put it on a bun, ate that while the noodles and dumplings cooked. I added some frozen vegetables to the pot. When the dumplings were ready, I put them in a frying pan with a little pepper infused olive oil. I had some Korean BBQ sauce and put some on the sandwich and dipped the dumplings.
Nice little meal.
