Big day (for me) as I will be seeing the guys from the high dollar wedding band this afternoon. I spent nearly a decade setting up lights, PA, and mixing them all up and down the east coast. They only do this one gig a year as a band now, but I recall a year where we did 38 gigs. I'll stay through the sound check and head home for dinner and likely be asleep long before midnight.

out around noon for a big day planned in town, and then to the Golden Nugget for New Years Eve Boot Scootin party. Live music, etc.. They are handing out $58,000.00 in cash between noon to 11:30 pm for five lucky slot players randomly selected per hour. At midnight one lucky winner will take home $20,000.00 cash. I doubt we'll stay that late though.

I might skip breakfast and just munch on appetizers.
