I found a bacon brand I do not like. I wound up tossing it

My dear neighbor, with whom we swap food does not eat pork, otherwise I'd have given it to him.

Your own flour tortillas.

I use duck, goose or chicken fat for mine. My wife prefers the duck or goose fat in the recipe.

After moving to Germany.
Nothing says authentic like store bought made in Sweden or Estonia.
So it was self defense. I can't make the large ones but you can pick your own thickness with some experimentation.
