Took it easy yesterday, and let my sore arm heal. Front tire on my John Deere is bad, and won't be replaced until Monday afternoon. So that stops all my wood cutting anyways. Loretta and I went to CVS yesterday, and we both got our RSV vaccine shots. I had it shot it in my sore arm. I didn't notice it making my arm anymore sore than it already was.

Good Morning 🌞

trails wide enough for me to drive into the woods. I saw dead trees, fill up the bucket with logs, and drive back to the house. Once I get a big pile of logs, I hook up the log splitter to the tractor, and pull it out of my shed. I even pull fallen trees with the tractor to a place where it's easier to cut.

It might have saved me from having two back surgeries.

but has all the extra attachments. In the spring, I borrow his three point tiller that hooks up to the rear pto shaft to till my gardens. He also has a backhoe attachment, but I never have borrowed that. He said I could if I ever needed it.

Tortang talong. Eggplant omelette.

Filipino dish.

Made by grilling or charring an eggplant slice and then dipping it in a beaten egg mixture before frying it until golden brown. Serve it with couscous.

I’ll use the air fryer.

Black coffee.

I treated myself to a new small skillet, used it for the first time this morning. I had a square skillet I got in 2019, just before Covid hit. It is pretty worn. I've looked for a year or so for a replacement, but no luck. I'll have to wait for square pans to come back in style. I don't know why, but I love rectangular omelets. Back to half moon shape.

Good morning!
