What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 12, 2025

Autumn Salad. green apple, pear, candied walnuts, turkey bacon bits, blue cheese, spring onion, roasted butternut squash, cranberries, buttermilk-poppy seed dressing.

Kombucha: blueberry-basil.

Dessert: carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and toasted walnuts.

Drained and mashed a half block of extra firm tofu. Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, yellow bell pepper, sliced carrots and mushrooms, broccoli florets and minced garlic. When done I added a couple microwaved chopped vegan sausage patties, the mashed tofu and Jax tofu scramble seasonings , chopped parsley and red pepper flakes. Cheers!🥂

use nutritional yeast instead. It’s the main ingredient in Jax seasoning.
