Breakfast Sunday 17 August 2025

The dog days of summer continue.
I'm planning on cottage cheese, tomato, avocado and jalapeños and cold tea.
It is too hot to cook 🥵🥵🥵🥵

Not even hungry. It’s so nice and quiet here. I’m just lounging in bed because 3 hours of driving to/from that protest yesterday really zapped me. *

Maybe I will sauté some Savoy cabbage with onion and Beyond sausage crumbles and have it with cornbread for brunch.

Marthe, you’re ambitious, making a loaf of bread.

* I hadn’t been to that area of NJ for a long time. Now there is a section of the highway with about 5 marijuana shops. 😆
