Breakfast Saturday 2 August 2025

Later this morning I'm planning on making a vegan sausage sandwich with melted Swiss cheese on it with cut up cantaloupe on the side with a mug or 2 of tea.

Coffee with cream
Pumpernickel bagel with Philly cream cheese and smoked Scottish salmon, cut in half (one for now, one for tomorrow)

If I were any happier, I'd be purring like a kitten.

For the first time in ages, I was able to get outside and work like a demon but NOT fall asleep afterwards. For some reason, the heat and humidity saps my energy like nothing I’ve ever seen.

With this heat, so many tasks have gone undone, but now I can get them done.

Cantaloupe with mint. Cottage cheese. Blueberry scone.

Cold Earl Grey.
