Stuffed red and yellow peppers on top of a flour tortilla. The stuffing mix has lots of herbs, like oregano, and sausage bits , both hot and regular. Orzo, chopped celery, onion, and garlic. Slice of tomato and melted cheese topping.
Cup of tomato-basil soup on the side.
It's cool and rainy here.
Kombucha, plain.
Dessert: chocolate brownie from a lunch I went to at work today. Hot Earl Grey.

still haven't showed. They say they're coming tomorrow. Spotted showers are predicted for tomorrow, so we'll see.
Tonight I will have a brat and later I'm going to make myself a chef salad.

(1,407 posts)3. Asparagus Tofu Rice
Steam fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions, orange bell pepper, sliced carrots, mushrooms and minced garlic. Added cut asparagus and cooked until just done. Stirred in air-fried tofu, cooked brown basmati rice and a good dollop of Miyokos butter. Cheers! 🥂
