Later this morning, I'll be fixing a toasted bagel with lox cream cheese spread with onions & tomatoes, hot tea.

Extra sharp cheddar cheese on the top or served on the side.

Iced cold Pepsi.

Pita bread, warmed and served with olive oil butter.

Yikes. How did this happen? Lazy holiday and a good book, I guess.

It's practically dinner, anyway: scrambled tofu, WW waffles, and vegan sausages with proper maple syrup.

Will counteract this extravagance with ice cold watermelon once I have room to fill the chinks. 😋
