What's for Dinner, Wed., April 30, 2025

Cold poached salmon (poached with tangelos, lemon, a little onion, and dill) in pasta salad that I made late last night. I made light mayo-based dressing. I will put this on top of fresh spinach, and add more dill.

Cherry kombucha.

Dessert: fruit salad with plums, cherries, mango, and diced pear.

A couple pieces of chicken seasoned with powdered taco seasoning. I was at IGA today and got some Green Giant frozen corn in butter sauce. And I got a bunch of asparagus, sauteed it with onions, mushrooms and garlic.
All of my company has come and gone, so back to normal around here

with refried beans, salsa, and local avocados - I was able to get a few before the varmints did. Unfortunately, all the remaining ones are at the top so I come out every morning to 3-4 half-eaten ones.
