Whatcha makin' for Kamala's big speech tonight?
I'm serving up some phat gurl nachos (Yes, I'm a Gen Xer)
Recipe as follows:
Doritos, Nacho cheese flavored.
three optional proteins: chorizo sausage, rotisserie chicken (Yes, from Costco, don't judge) and ground beef, taco style
shredded cheese and/or nacho cheese, salsa (two kinds) sour cream, green onions, guac and/or sliced avocados
Fix your own and mix a drink, or be like me and have a mexican coke.
Also, I will have plenty of tissues ready, because I keep tearing up
I have some sliders I could serve too, we'll see, but Nacho cheese Doritos are being served in this house because Kamala.

In honor of Kamala, I'm also buying a bag of snack size Almond Joy or maybe Mounds. Do I feel like a nut or not? 
Love this! 
And have 1/2 leftover grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Side salad, too. Maybe some salsa and chips on the side.
Not that I'll likely be awake for it. LOL
(NOT complaining about the late hour. I realize, after all, that not everyone lives on the East Coast or in the middle of the country and Kamala IS from CA.
I just catch up the next day here on the forums.)
