Tonight is baked MahiMahi with cut cherry tomatoes, zuke & onions drizzled with olive oil with several shakes of Greek seasoning. Decafe tea.

Irish boil dinner. Brisket, cabbage, potatoes, turnip, carrots, spices, onion, water.

Angel hair pasta with a simple marinara sauce. Green salad with tomato, cucumber and red onion. Italian dressing.

We're off to France tomorrow to see out ancient castles, see the prehistoric cave paintings and eat like crazy!

I had blt yesterday; gonna get coffee ice cream replacements tomorrow (even tho been avoiding caffeine, due to heartburn, but DO miss my I.C!!!) May not have decent Clam Chowder for a LONG time, as my fave Manhattan's not easy to find. Miss Dad SO much; he introduced me to the wonderful stuff.)

presumably for breakfast, but then I made homemade hash for breakfast out of the corned beef he brought home.

Then I remembered we had just got salad stuff at the store and we had the lettuce and tomato.

When I suggested the BLT sandwiches, Al's face lit up.
