Breakfast Tuesday 17 October 2023

Later this morning, coffee first, then a spinach mushroom quiche.

I am glad to be back home, my cats are very happy to see me.

Last week my mother had 2 heart attacks and passed away on Friday afternoon.
I took time away, Emile covered the breakfast posts.

I am back at my home and will be doing this again.

I'm sipping on some coffee right now. Later will have some leftover garbanzo chickpea stew that my friend made for yesterdays lunch. She does not really use spices, so I'll be doctoring it up.

late morning. Roasted garlic sauerkraut on the side. Melted cheese on pumpernickel bread; sweet potato fries.

Also coffee, decaf, which is ever so good this morning.

Glad you're back, IB. I'm sure kitties are deliriously happy.
