Ancestry.com has been down since yesterday afternoon

www.findagrave is also down, and I've heard that Family Search is down as well. Anybody know what gives? Some kind of hack attack? Seems kind of odd.

Unfortunately, the issues we were experiencing yesterday continue today and our service is not currently available. We will keep you posted as we have news to share.

Says their Facebook page which won't let me link.

Didn't they also buy up Find A Grave? Maybe that's why its also down.

Mr Pipi got a DNA test from Ancestry as a Fathers Day gift from his daughters and has been trying the past couple of days to register his sample number.

He did manage to get there today, although not through the DNA link. He had to get there through the main pages.

Which really sucks. Rootsweb is one of my primary sources of info for genealogy research.
