Yesterday's therapy appointment absolutely exhausted me

I did a quick stop at the store and came home and sat down to check out some things I'm looking for. Suddenly I realized I was VERY sleepy. I stretched out on the couch and fell asleep, for about an hour, only to have the phone wake me up, notifying me my prescription was ready.

The rest of the day was low energy. I finally ate something at about 3 and was in bed by 7. Carys slept by my side all night long.

Hopefully I can be a bit more productive and get some garden work done today but to be honest, I feel like I could crawl right back in to bed.

I do have some lemon/blueberry muffins so one of those, with some coffee, might provide enough fuel to get me started.

Take good care of yourself. Our bodies tell us when they need rest. It's good to rest, then.💙💙💙 LiberalLoner Apr 2025 #2
