I'm addicted to ice cream!
I quit drinking a little over six years ago. I now have a reward system: If I make it through the day without drinking, I get to indulge myself with a bowl of ice cream at bedtime. This has been going on for a while. Lately, I tell myself, when the ice cream runs out, I'm going to quit buying it. But, I constantly restock the freezer. Oh well, the way I figure it, it's way better than drinking!
