Putin Just Lost His Missile Launcher Factory - Jason Jay Smart
Ukraine is taking the war back to Russia, and Putin has now lost one of the factories tied to the missile launcher systems his army needs to keep attacking Ukrainian cities.
The strike on Volgograds Titan-Barrikady plant matters because this was not just another damaged facility. This plant was tied to Russias strategic missile launcher production, including systems connected to Yars, Topol-M, and Iskander-M launchers. When Ukraine reaches a site like this deep inside Russia, it exposes a much bigger problem for the Kremlin: distance is no longer protection.
Russia can still fire missiles and drones, but every attack now comes with a cost. Air defenses must protect missile plants, refineries, fuel routes, rail links, Moscow airport supply, Crimea logistics, and the front line all at once. Every system Putin moves to defend one target leaves another one exposed.
Ukraine is not only destroying what Russia already has. Ukraine is destroying what Russia needs next: the factories, launchers, fuel, transport routes, and protected rear areas that keep the invasion alive.
