Ukraine is systematically destroying Russian air detection and missile batteries. The Russian Army at the front will have no logistics resupply and support from the back office. They are doomed. 200K+ Russian infantry on the frontlines with no support.

The end, for Vlad, is near.

Of course the boundaries have been "fluid" for centuries. (Don't want to talk about the fluids expended.)

A friend of mine has spent quite a bit of time in Ukraine and Georgia. I'm sure he has some history lessons for me.

Worked for 6 months. Then Ukraine changed the rules of the game. The current Russian military hierarchy (what's left) have no clue. How could they? This wasn't a war that they were trained for.

I wonder how Ukrainian drone pilots (best in the world, bar none) will live with their ghosts?

Russia is firing missile/drones into civilian population centers.

Zelenskyy is talking about "mirror strikes" in the future. I think it's time Russia experienced what Russia's war machine has laid on Ukraine's civil population.

This "parade" was already not going to have any tanks or military equipment. Now Putin is canceling the entire parade and will remain in hiding in one of his many bunkers

Amid intensified Ukrainian drone strikes, Russian proxy authorities in occupied Crimea have canceled Victory Day celebrations due to "safety concerns," Crimea's head of Russian occupation authorities, Sergey Aksyonov, reported on May 5.

Aksyonov said that this year in Crimea, there will be no military parade or other major events, including the regular Immortal Regiment march.

"This decision by the authorities is based on security considerations," Aksyonov wrote in a Telegram post, without mentioning Ukraine or drones.

"At the same time, we will do everything necessary and possible to pay tribute to our dear veterans, honor the memory of the fallen, and hold celebratory events in various formats. Crimea will mark our main holiday with dignity," Aksyonov added.....

But projecting military might will be particularly tricky for the Kremlin this year — it will not feature traditional column of military vehicles "due to the current operational situation," Russia's Defense Ministry said April 28.
