Grand Betrayal! Lukashenko Growing Hatred Towards Putin is Showing. Illusions Fall - The Russian Dude

The so-called “alliance” between Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko is cracking, and the latest monastery meeting proved it. What was supposed to be a staged show of brotherhood turned into a humiliating spectacle. Putin appeared frail and diminished, Lukashenko looked visibly frustrated, and the entire Kremlin propaganda machine showed its sloppy decay. Instead of strength, the world saw weakness, negligence, and illusions falling apart.

This wasn’t just about bad staging—it revealed the crumbling of Putin’s strongman image, the lazy collapse of the Kremlin’s PR machine, and Lukashenko’s growing hatred toward the war and toward Putin himself. Behind their empty words about negotiations and “positive dynamics,” it’s clear the talks are a performance aimed at Donald Trump, not peace in Ukraine. Real life tells a different story: towns like Chasiv Yar reduced to rubble, soldiers dying in trenches, and leaders casually redefining mass death as “progress.”

Lukashenko’s body language, smirks, and thinly veiled sarcasm spoke volumes. Once Putin’s obedient junior partner, he now looks like a man trapped in someone else’s war, silently signaling betrayal ahead. The so-called “unbreakable alliance” is nothing more than two aging dictators mumbling about endless war while millions pay the price.

This is the grand betrayal playing out in real time. The cracks in the Putin–Lukashenko partnership, the grotesque repackaging of war crimes as “positive dynamics,” and the absurd spectacle of authoritarian decay. Russia is not only losing in Ukraine—it’s losing its future, its image, and even its closest ally.

The kind of world we'd have if all the old, white, patriarchal authoritarian haters could all just be collected in one central nursing home. They could live out their delusions of power with each other while they wait to die. And the rest of us could get busy fixing the world. Argh!
