The Colossus of the North would risk losing the great bulk of South America to its influence if the assassin (as Colombia calls him) of impoverished youngsters proceeds with his jingoism.

He hasn't talked about Canada or Greenland in awhile because the U.K. and EU both made clear they would slap him down if he tried anything. So he had to find a new target and ta da! Venezuela!
