In one of the most surreal displays of propaganda yet, Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov presented Vladimir Putin with a "work of art" - painted on an actual S-400 missile casing. Titled "Belgorod Never Surrenders!", the quirky stunt was meant to showcase resilience. Meanwhile residents of the region still live under constant shelling, with many homes destroyed and no real aid in sight. Instead of housing or compensation, locals got cotton candy.
