Why would Trump want algae blooms in the Great Lakes?

Does he want to monetize the clean up?

The Trump administrationâ€™s slashing of budgets and staff have Great Lakes scientists concerned that they have lost the ability to protect the public from toxic algal blooms, which can kill animals and sicken people.

polluted they can build factories to unpollute it and sell it to people like they are OPEC. We know how much they hate people getting free stuff like the free sun or the free wind with environmental technology. Everything has to be private equitized. Water can't be free. Or public. IMHO

Then charge us to make it clean again

So they can get rich selling water.
