FWIW, not a short term trader, but would would like to avoid any major pitfalls, such as the tech bubble and financial bubble.

The AI rally has chilled a bit but nothing major yet. I'm personally sitting on cash until something happens as tempting as the dips are........

personally mostly in CD's/cash at the moment after selling some rental properties. Not much of a risk taker being retired, there is not a one solution for everyone as it depends on so many factors.
