There is doubt that the 2026 target date is realistic for the government-backed Olinia EVs.
However, China's BYD (world's largest car company) is the 4th largest auto brand in Mexico.
The least expensive (Chinese) EVs are sold through the Waldo's (900 stores) chain in Mexico.
