Some technician on YouTube predicted S&P 6250 would be the peak. We're 60 days away, more or less.

The only potential outlier from your list that catches my eye is home sales. They will erode first. And since this is the hottest time of the year for home sales, it might not appear in statistics just yet. New home inventory is another matter. That is growing because of the economy.
