but a lot of hype that is unwarranted.

Most herbals for male sexuality are designed to minimize estrogen over-production as we men age. They can also assist in controlling prostate inflammation. Some can be helpful in stimulating the libido. Some prudent research usually can show you which ones are useful and cost effective.

Do they actually boost testosterone like an injection or gel? No, sadly, they do not.

If there is proven empirical efficacy with minimum side effects, then they are worth it. Otherwise it's snake oil.
