I found this hearing strangely fascinating, partly because I didn't know anything about this treaty beforehand, and partly because I was so impressed with the practically unanimous persuasive arguments put forward for our signing on to this agreement and the incredibly annoying stupid lying that Inhofe was spewing in arguing against it. Everyone looked exasperated by him, especially HRC, imo, but JK was firm but diplomatic, as always. He is really a fantastic SFRC Chair!
